How partnership funds are used

Every shilling is allocated to direct programme delivery and safeguarding infrastructure:

  • 65% — Direct programme delivery (sessions, materials, coaching)
  • 15% — Safeguarding & child protection (training, referrals, monitoring)
  • 10% — Monitoring, evaluation & reporting
  • 10% — Administration & coordination

Detailed budgets are shared with all partners contributing KES 50,000+ per year.
