Founder & Director
Founded MASO with a vision of protecting children through creativity and sport. Oversees strategy, partnerships, and programme quality.
Designated Safeguarding Person
Leads child protection policy, manages referral pathways, and ensures all staff and volunteers are trained in safeguarding.
Programme Delivery
Coordinates art workshops, sports sessions, and mentorship circles across 12+ partner schools.
Volunteer Network
Recruits, trains, and supports 35+ community volunteers who deliver programmes on the ground.

MASO is governed by a management committee that provides strategic oversight, financial accountability, and safeguarding assurance.
Major decisions (budgets, new partnerships, policy changes) are approved by the management committee.
Programme decisions are made by coordinators in consultation with school partners and families.
Safeguarding concerns are escalated immediately to the designated safeguarding lead.
