Inspiring youth, protecting childhood
Our vision
A 4-acre integrated campus for youth rehabilitation, skills development, and community resilience — combining farming, sport, arts, counselling, and sustainable income.
Why we're building this
The MASO Community Hub is designed to address the root causes of youth vulnerability — including crime, drug abuse, lack of structure, poverty, and limited opportunity — by creating a nurturing environment where young people can grow with dignity, discipline, purpose, and support.
The project reflects MASO's belief that transformation happens when the whole child is supported: physically, emotionally, socially, spiritually, and economically.
An all-in-one space where young people heal, learn, grow, and contribute.
Organic crop plots, poultry units, and a small cattle paddock. Provides food security, agricultural skills training, and earned income through produce sales.
FIFA-standard football pitch, rugby field, and spectator seating areas. Supports MASO's core mission of using sport to build discipline, teamwork, leadership, and hope among children and youth.
A large multi-purpose hall for creative workshops, exhibitions, performances, and community events. Available for hire to generate sustainable income.
Safe residential spaces for youth in rehabilitation programmes and visiting groups. Designed for short-to-medium stays with supervision and mentorship.
Dedicated rooms for counselling, life skills sessions, and academic support. Trauma-informed design with private, welcoming spaces.
An architecturally neutral, calm, and welcoming space for prayer, meditation, and spiritual wellbeing. Open to all faiths and backgrounds.
A gym, boxing area, swimming pool, and open recreation spaces promoting physical health, mental wellbeing, and structured activity — a safe place where young people stay active and positively engaged.
Learning rooms for academic support, life skills sessions, and vocational training — helping children stay in school and youth build practical skills for a more secure future.
Basic health services, mental health support, and psychosocial counselling. Strengthening MASO's holistic model through health education, wellness programmes, and referral services.
The Community Hub is designed to generate its own income while serving vulnerable youth:
This blended model reduces long-term donor dependency and builds community ownership.
We are seeking partners for the phased construction and equipping of the Community Hub.
